What time should we arrive?
Day pass: please arrive at 9:00 a.m. at the Malecón de Puerto El Triunfo. Overnight stay: please arrive at 2:00 p.m. at the same place. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early.
If you arrive after the scheduled time, you will need to wait for the next scheduled departure, if there is one; if there is no other departure and a private transfer is required for your group, an additional fee of $35 per group applies. If the tide requires a change of time, we will let you know in advance by WhatsApp.
¿A qué horas hay que salir?
- Day pass: the return boat leaves at 3:00, 4:00 or 5:00 p.m. (depending on the tide).
- Overnight stay: the cabin is ready at 3:00 p.m. on your arrival day. On your departure day, you check out of the cabin and the boat leaves the island at 2:00 p.m.
Do they have parking?
- We don't have parking, but you can leave your vehicle in the municipal parking lot on the Malecón in Puerto El Triunfo. You'll only need to pay $2 to the CAM agent and tell him you're going to board a boat to Cocos Island.
- The parking lot at the Malecón in Puerto El Triunfo is very safe, it's next to the Salvadoran Naval Force and only costs $2.
¿Dónde dejo el carro?

Can I bring food?
- All our packages are all-inclusive, so there's no need to bring your own food.
- We reserve the right to refuse outside food as we offer all-inclusive packages
Can I bring a cooler?
Yes, you can bring a cooler with prior notice through our official WhatsApp. There is a one-time fee per visit: $15 for a small or medium cooler (carried by one person, no wheels) or $25 for a large one (with wheels or carried by two people). Paid on arrival, at the restaurant.
For safety, glass containers are not allowed. Water, baby items and medical needs are free of charge. Outside food is not allowed.

Do children pay the same?
Estadía con alimentación: desde los 12 años se paga tarifa de adulto. Los niños de 3 a 11 años pagan $35 por noche e incluyen los 3 tiempos de comida. Los bebés de 0 a 2 años entran gratis, comparten cama con sus padres y no incluyen alimentación; las comidas que soliciten se pagan aparte según el menú. Todos cuentan para el cupo: 5 personas por cabaña y hasta 20 huéspedes en nuestras 4 cabañas, sujeto a disponibilidad. Las reservas anteriores conservan sus condiciones.

Do I have to pay in advance?
Sí. La reserva se confirma con el pago seguro en línea mediante Wompi. Aceptamos Visa y Mastercard.
Is a reservation mandatory?
Booking in advance allows us to guarantee the availability of the boat, motorcycle taxi for island tours, and cabin. Furthermore, by booking and paying in advance, you can receive a special discount.
How much does the day pass cost?
Adultos: $45 por persona. Niños de 6 a 11 años: $25 por persona. El precio final puede aumentar si eliges mejoras de comida.
Where do I catch the boat?
At the Malecón in Puerto El Triunfo. We coordinate the schedule based on tides and weather after receiving your advance payment.
How do I get to the meeting point?
On Waze: “Malecón de Puerto El Triunfo”. After booking, we send you a map, schedule, and recommendations.
Can I get there on my own without coordinating a boat?
We suggest coordinating for safety, tide, and schedule control. We offer alternatives according to your needs.
Do the cabins have air conditioning?
Yes, all our cabins have A/C for your comfort
Is there Wi-Fi in the cabins?
It may vary by area and conditions. Check if you require priority connectivity.
What does the All Inclusive lunch include?
Set menu at no extra cost. Premium dishes (lobster, stuffed fish, coconut seafood platter) are available at an additional cost. We'd be happy to share the menu with you.
Is the boat trip safe?
Yes. We use life jackets and local guides. We coordinate with the tide and weather for your safety.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We monitor conditions. If necessary, we reschedule subject to availability.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, pets are welcome at no extra charge. Owners are responsible for their pets: they must be on a leash at all times, and owners must bring bags to clean up after them.
Pitbulls, Rottweilers, Boxers, Dobermans and dogs over 35 lb are not allowed.
