What are the entry times to the island?
- We operate based on the tides; depending on the tide, we coordinate entry and exit times, as well as tour schedules. You will receive a message with all the information the week of your booking.
- We work based on the tide, but to give you an idea, the entry time is coordinated between 7 and 10 in the morning.
What time do we have to leave?
- If it's a day trip, you can leave until 6:00 pm if the tide allows.
- If it's a stay, the cabin is available at 12:00 pm but you can leave until 3:00 pm
- There are coordinated departure times between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm. pm 5:00 pm y 6:00 pm
Do they have parking?
- We don't have parking, but you can leave your vehicle in the municipal parking lot on the Malecón in Puerto El Triunfo. You'll only need to pay $2 to the CAM agent and tell him you're going to board a boat to Cocos Island.
- The parking lot at the Malecón in Puerto El Triunfo is very safe, it's next to the Salvadoran Naval Force and only costs $2.

Can I bring food?
- All our packages are all-inclusive, so there's no need to bring your own food.
- We reserve the right to refuse outside food as we offer all-inclusive packages
Can I bring a cooler?
Only one small cooler is allowed to avoid inconveniencing other families who are enjoying themselves. We do this because of past negative experiences with people who didn't know how to control their alcohol consumption.

Do children pay the same?
Children under 12 pay a special price, those over 12 pay the normal price and receive all the benefits
Do I have to pay in advance?
By booking in advance you can get a discount for your visit; paying on the day of your visit increases the cost.
Is a reservation mandatory?
Booking in advance allows us to guarantee the availability of the boat, motorcycle taxi for island tours, and cabin. Furthermore, by booking and paying in advance, you can receive a special discount.
How much does the day pass cost?
Preferred: $37 per person paying 100% online; $39 per person paying on the day of the visit.
Where do I catch the boat?
At the Malecón in Puerto El Triunfo. We coordinate the schedule based on tides and weather after receiving your advance payment.
How do I get to the meeting point?
On Waze: “Malecón de Puerto El Triunfo”. After booking, we send you a map, schedule, and recommendations.
Can I get there on my own without coordinating a boat?
We suggest coordinating for safety, tide, and schedule control. We offer alternatives according to your needs.
Do the cabins have air conditioning?
Yes, all our cabins have A/C for your comfort
Is there Wi-Fi in the cabins?
It may vary by area and conditions. Check if you require priority connectivity.
What does the All Inclusive lunch include?
Set menu at no extra cost. Premium dishes (lobster, stuffed fish, coconut seafood platter) are available at an additional cost. We'd be happy to share the menu with you.
Is the boat trip safe?
Yes. We use life jackets and local guides. We coordinate with the tide and weather for your safety.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We monitor conditions. If necessary, we reschedule subject to availability.
Do you accept pets?
It depends on size and behavior. Check conditions before booking.
